Summary:
This position's primary responsibility is to supervise all direct care activities as well as other clinical and technological support tasks that support Empowering to Elevate's mission, vision, and values.
Essential Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Three to five years of direct client services
3 to 5 years of experience in management or supervision
Proven track record of successfully monitoring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations as well as reviews of the particular client/student groups served.
In the following ways, it offers social emotional support:
Assisting the client in achieving their treatment objectives
Serve as a role model and impart proper techniques and conduct
Apply Collective Problem Solving
Provides individual and/or group mental health services as appropriate to the child service plan. Will be responsible for providing clinical documentation of services rendered.
Facilitate the development of each customized treatment plan in accordance with the clinical team.
In charge of overseeing all direct care
Communicates with students' families, teachers, and other school personnel in accordance with the service plan.
Displays professionalism and courtesy in all encounters.
Engages in client interactions using SEL's trauma-informed approaches.
Provides crisis management services throughout the programs including the proper use of de-escalation techniques and restraints as necessary.
Performs other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field or 3 years of experience working in a related role.
Ability to work with a diverse population
Ability to use a computer, proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing Empowering to Elevate with vehicle insurance.
Physical Demands:
Ability to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds independently.
Must be able to remain alert to problems, needs or emergencies that might arise on any shift, maintaining a safe environment for the clients.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels or personnel, internal and external to the company.

$54,000 based on experience
