EmpowerCare Healthcare Staffing is Hiring an Account Manager / Scheduling Coordinator Near Worcester, MA

The Account Manager / Scheduler is integral to our healthcare staffing operations, ensuring seamless coordination and superior service delivery to our client facilities. This role is designed to manage healthcare professional schedules, maintain strong client relationships, and uphold the highest standards of service and reliability. By effectively aligning staffing needs with healthcare professional availability, the Account Manager contributes to the overall success and excellence of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate healthcare professional schedules to meet the staffing needs of our client facilities.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with both client facilities and the healthcare professionals we employ.
  • Enter all shifts into the scheduling program as they are received.
  • Track staff attendance and address disciplinary issues as needed.
  • Gain a deep knowledge of our client facilities' needs to ensure we provide superior service at all times.
  • Communicate with the recruiting team and other Account Managers regarding employee issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and service quality indicators.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their staffing needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in on call rotation, maintain on-call report.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of account/client management experience required
  • 3 years of customer service experience required
  • Sales experience preferred
