This position will follow a 10-12 week training with a mix of in-person and remote attendance at our Scranton office. After training, you may have the option of continuing a hybrid schedule or opt for a fully remote schedule.

This position would start at 21.39 / HR.

This position would have a start date on June 24th, 2024.

What you will do

Work in collaboration with a team of associates and launch your financial services career in our call center. New to the industry?

No problem. Develop a solid foundation through our paid associate training program and receive continuous coaching for your role and career trajectory.

Partner with our team and clients to :

  • Provide excellent service within our call center for our customer’s retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower our customers without having to make cold calls or sales
  • Provide solutions to assist customers with their accounts
  • Process contribution changes, withdrawals, loans and communicate critical plan updates and changes
  • Process general account changes upon direction from customer
  • May be required to train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses

What you will bring

  • A passion for providing quality customer service
  • Desire to engage with customers over the phone
  • Capability to adapt communication style while servicing our diverse customer base
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry processes, policies and procedures
  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday
  • One year or more years of customer service experience (including but not limited to food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, banking or financial services) or an associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus

Base Salary Range

$36,300.00 - $49,950.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program.

Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance.
