As a Senior Partner Advocate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for advisors and partners in a defined territory, with an additional role as the Relationship Manager on plans generally less than $5 million in assets. You will demonstrate the ability to form strong business partner relationships and drive enterprise results along with advisor satisfaction and trust. The Senior Partner Advocate will also partner with sales and relationship management within the territory to provide a high level of service and proactively deliver solutions to shared clients and partners.

What you will do

  • Serve as single point of contact for advisors/partners in a defined territory within the Core Market (typically retirement plans $0 to $50 million), with an objective of ensuring retention and growth while working with top tier advisors within territory.
  • Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver solutions to advisor/partner questions and needs, as well as deliver partner book of business reporting.
  • Provide relationship management expertise to assigned plans within the territory, including responsibilities such as plan review and design, plan pricing, product placement and participant education coordination.
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving for advisors/partners, plan sponsors, and internal staff; must be able to break down complex industry related issues and provide alternate solutions while acting as a subject matter expert on products and processes.
  • Solve escalated or complex issues with little to no supervision or guidance.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
  • FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and applicable state insurance licenses required within established timelines. FINRA fingerprinting required.

What will set you apart

  • 5 years Financial Services experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced retirement plan documentation and investment knowledge.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal, to ensure first call resolution when outlining complex concepts for clients, intermediaries, and participants.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Base Salary Range

$69,400.00 - $98,050.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
