Responsibilities

We are seeking a Vice President of Technology with a strong background in AI and automation to spearhead our technology vision, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess experience in AI strategy formulation, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, helping plan across customer programs, and designing and deploying sophisticated AI solutions. As a pivotal leader, you will oversee the continuous advancement of our software products and solutions while ensuring their alignment with the latest AI trends and government regulations.

Responsibilities::

• Develop and execute a robust AI strategy that aligns with organizational goals and market trends, positioning the company as a leader in AI solutions for government contracts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and government regulations pertaining to AI, ensuring the company maintains competitive advantage and compliance.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary team of engineers and professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to integrate AI and automation into various facets of the business.

• Oversee the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and automation solutions that meet the specific needs of government contracts.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and highest quality standards.

• Direct the maintenance and lifecycle management of an existing suite of software products, ensuring they evolve to meet client needs.
• Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with customer requirements, market trends, and the company's strategic goals.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government representatives, to understand requirements, report progress, and gather feedback.
• Communicate the company's technology strategy to customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful AI strategies and managing complex technology projects.
• Extensive experience leading and nurturing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of government contracting processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Strong familiarity with AI and automation technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• US citizenship required and ability to obtain Secret security clearance.

Education and Experience

• 7 - 12 years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in software product management as a product owner or product manager
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
