These experiences include a unique blend of active and group-appropriate activities designed to stretch participant comfort zones and are combined with hands-on learning and personal coaching. The Empower Team Building and Leadership Development curriculum seeks to strengthen bonds within groups, challenge the status quo, inspire creativity and produce better than ever results.
The Team Building Facilitator is responsible for delivering uplifting, inspiring, and empowering team building and leadership development adventure programs, experiential workshops, and training events. The candidate must lead by example in the planning and execution of such experiences - engaging with our clients in a professional and safe manner while being fun, outgoing, endearing, and personable.
Minimum Qualifications: The Team Building Facilitator will be trained and certified on all Empower ground-based programs and models. Qualification for this position include:
