Job located in Elmira, NY

Salary range is $95,000-$115,000/year

Test Manager Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical)
• 4 year degree in related field
• 10 years of experience in testing phase of products in Aerospace, Rail, Automotive
• Project and/ or in line management experience
• Proven experience in managing (Senior) Stake Holders
• Project Scheduling SW experience
• Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must

Test Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

• The ability to plan, assign, coordinate, and supervise work of testing while documenting comprehensive reports
• Reporting the progress of the testing according to the plan
• Handle the cost efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the testing process
• Planning, development, performance and process improvement of the testing process
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Understanding Spanish orally and written is highly desirable
