Employment Solutions is looking to add ENTRY LEVEL Manufacturing Associate's! One of our favorite clients is looking for candidates who want to grow their career in a Manufacturing Environment. These positions are temp to hire within a manufacturing facility in Somers, CT and Ellington, CT

• Schedule: Shifts available: 2nd M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm, 3rd 10:30pm-7:00am Sun-Thurs (weekend shifts available also!)
• Pay: $16.50-$21/hourly (Depending on shift)
• Location(s): Somers, CT & Ellington, CT

Description:

Manufacture products according to the procedures and guidelines. Responsible for Supervision and set up of a production line. Responsible for the operation of equipment on a production line.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise Production set up at the start of production day
• Supervise and help Prepare machines to run production making sure all equipment and safety devices are operational and equipment is running at proper specifications.
• Coordinate with warehouse preparation to ensure raw materials and delivered.
• Inputs raw materials and checks for continued accuracy and quality of output. Performs output spot checks.
• Maintains line to ensure an end-to-end production of the product within specifications through to handoff to the packing department
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve line problems
• Supervises single line during production and personnel working on that line

Experience/Education:

• Manufacturing safety protocols.
• 1 to 2 years experience in machine operation is a plus
• 6 Months experience and demonstrated high performance in entry-level Machine/Line operations role
• High School or GED
• Proficient in English - written and spoken
• Basic Math skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
