Employment Solutions has partnered with a large manufacturer in Elmira, NY. We are currently seeking a Foundry Maintenance Supervisor The pay is $73-$107k/year.

Job Duties:

• Plan Daily and weekly activities of the maintenance department
• Industrial maintenance repair and high voltage electrical along with PLC programming
• Perform multiple audits which include Parts Audits, and PM Audits
• Supervise and implement safety practices which include hazardous waste disposal.
• Equipment modifications, parts requisitions, cost summaries, and outside contracting
• Be directly involved with the new hire process for the department, coaching the employees and multifaced field.

Qualifications include:

• 5-7 years of supervisory experience or five years of maintenance experience in a foundry is preferred
• Certification or a technical degree in a related area is preferred
• Attention to detail through high-reaching goal setting and productive project management.
• Firm foundation of trust through excellent verbal and written communication
• Projects a consistent, reliable presence that inspires calm and confidence in our team members.
• Sound technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
