Car dealership in Central Arkansas has an immediate opening for an Auto Body Repair Assistant. This is a great opportunity to work under Master Auto Body Repair Techs and learn and grow your skills. Opportunity to grow and move up in the company!!

• Preparing, priming
• Remove door handles, and other tasks to prepare vehicle for painting.
• Disposing of all hazardous materials in an appropriate manner
• Removal of grease, dirt, paint or rust from project surfaces in preparation for paint application
• Use of abrasives, solvents, brushes, blowtorches, washing tanks and sandblasters as needed
• Maintaining equipment as well as a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Wearing proper gear and attire.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted as required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Body Shop experience
• Basic understanding of shop math

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
