Empire is Hiring an Admissions Representative (Career Planning Specialist) - Full Time - Tampa, FL Near Tampa, FL
The Career Planning Specialist (CPS) is responsible for the admissions process and enrolling students into Empire Education Group’s cosmetology program(s). The CPS meets regularly with prospective students and conducts student interviews, describes the advantages of attending Empire Beauty School, reviews enrollment requirements, conducts school tours, and presents career opportunities. The CPS also ensures all appointments made by the Customer Contact Center or through personal efforts are met and that all prospective students are treated with the highest level of customer service. The CPS ensures all paperwork is received from prospective students in a timely manner. The CPS also continues to maintain strong relationships with students throughout their cosmetology program and graduation.
