The Office Assistant 2 will be responsible for supporting activities within the university's Office of Student Success

In order to maintain a positive environment for prospective students, students, community members, and university staff, the duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with publication and scheduling of Academic Support Workshops
• Assist with monitoring and editing Academic Support web pages
• Record all incoming requests for textbooks
• Assist Director of Accessibility Resources and Services
• Process all transcripts through Parchment System
• Provide excellent customer service, including telephone, e-mail or in person inquiries
• Actively participate in university activities

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must be eligible for transfer or be reachable for appointment from the eligible list.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Work Address: 680 Westfall Road, Rochester

Salary: SG-9 $40,193 - $49,405
