Empire Parking Lot Services is Looking to Hire an Experienced Asphalt Repair SalespersonSouthern California's fastest-growing paving contractor is looking for an experienced estimator to join our sales team. Our office is located in Orange, California and we service the entire Southern California Area. Key Responsibilities

Meeting with customers to evaluate there maintenance needs including asphalt repairs, concrete repairs, sealcoating and parking lot striping. Working together with your sales team to accomplish monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Established clientele base
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Manage timelines to complete projects deadlines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Valid driver license

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. when required.
• Bend and/or reach and retrieve filing.
• Be willing to occasionally work weekends when necessary.
• Must be able utilize computer hardware and software and mobile technologies.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk.
