**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services - Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals - Manage budgets and financial plans - Ensure high-quality guest services are provided - Recruit, train, and supervise staff members - Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred - Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of night audit procedures and revenue management - Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning - Excellent guest service skills - Familiarity with human resources practices in the hospitality industry This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for hospitality management to lead our hotel to success.
