EMPIRE CONDOMINIUM PROFESSIONALS is Hiring a Property Manager Near Gardner, MA

Job description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated experienced Property Manager for our expanding Property Management & Real Estate company located in Westborough MA. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow with us as we continue to expand and excel in the Property Management world. You will be responsible for managing all maintenance related needs at multiple properties, including maintaining and updating contracts and collecting and presenting proposals and bids. In addition, you will be the main point of contact for each community you serve. Evening meetings will be required.

As a Property Manager you must possess:

  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (residents, vendors, prospects)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to details.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

  • Previous Property Management experience (preferred)
  • High School Degree
  • Valid Driver’s License
