We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Processor to join our team. As a Inventory Processor, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting with category management. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure efficient operations and effective decision-making.
Duties:
- Manage the supply chain process, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management
- Collect and analyze data related to sales, contracts, and warehouse management
- Assist with category management by identifying trends, evaluating market conditions, and recommending strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Provide support in contract negotiations and vendor management
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficient in using analytics tools and software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
