Network Security Engineer
Looking for a dynamic individual with great interpersonal skills who is willing to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Advanced expert knowledge of Cisco Routers, layer 3 and layer 2 Switches configuration and administration.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of WAN Optimization and SD-WAN Products Silver peak, riverbed.
- Project infrastructure deployment involving LAN, WAN and SD-WAN Technologies
- In-depth knowledge and experience on Cisco IOS and Nexus devices.
- Troubleshooting and packet level captures to isolate network security-related incidents.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting wireless controllers Cisco and Aruba products
- Configuring access points local and flex connect mode
- Working Knowledge of Infoblox IPAM tool, Cisco ACS.
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
- In-depth knowledge of STP, RSTP, NHRP, and HSRP protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting DMVPN technology.
- Hands-on experience in VPN technologies, cisco any connect client VPN.
- Providing permanent remediation for affected endpoints in our network environment.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly remediation reports to management.
- Documenting network issues related to Incidents with in-depth event logs, RCA, and evidence.
- Troubleshooting VPN issues reported by the helpdesk.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like solar winds, Logic Monitor
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on network-related incidents, and project activities to clients and management.
- Troubleshooting of Incidents and Service tickets on network-related issues.
- Implementing network-related changes through Change tickets.
- Involving in daily/weekly/monthly Operations meetings with the management.
- Experience in handling clients from multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
