Emperion is Hiring a Clinic Coordinator 1 Near Yakima, WA
The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service and interacting with examinees and physicians about services in a clinic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure files are ready for clinic day. Print and prepare all necessary documents and doctors internal paperwork.
- Clean clinic, wipe down everything etc. Vacuum and clean as needed. Clean bathrooms.
- Take inventory, order as needed.
- Greet claimants and review intake paperwork and ensure it is complete. Upload into our system.
- Room claimants when providers are ready.
- Order providers lunches.
- Clinic Coordinators may observe in an Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) and may assist IME providers with various clinic situations.Sanitize and clean exam rooms and common areas between claimants.
- Scan completed clinic forms and upload.
- Listen to all dictation to ensure all parts are dictated and upload.
- Send all necessary Correspondence to internal staff, clients, and doctors. Check emails and respond as need.
5 years past customer service or job experience required. High school diploma or equivalents required. Sitting, standing and lifting 10 pounds required.
