JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversees the compliance training activities within Campus Services.
• Facilitates training courses on various topics such as, but not limited to, new employee onboarding and orientation, skill-based training, and compliance-based courses.
• Uses instructional design methodology to develop a full range of learning and development activities for instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning materials.
• Serves as program coach of employee development programs.
• Collaborates with peers to develop, implement, and monitor learning solutions.
• Solicits feedback on effectiveness of training programs and implements appropriate changes.
• Conducts training classes and leads structured facilitated programs.
• Helps coordinate scheduling of training classes and instructors.
• Develops and maintains communication materials and information, both internal and external to the organization, including newsletters, brochures, information packets and articles.
• Performs related responsibilities as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in education, human resources, communications or a related field, and three years of professional training/teaching experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficiency in publishing and photo-editing software is preferred.
