Description

The Director of Laboratory Administrative Operations is responsible for coordination of administrative and operational activities supporting the EHC Laboratories in Finance and Operations Management, including oversight for Administrative Suite Operations, Specimen Processing, Customer Service, Logistics and Referrals. This comprises oversight of fiscal management and budgeting, supply chain activities, and procurement services. Additionally, there is joint responsibility for fiscal management, budgeting, and supply chain activities with local leaders in laboratory hospital services.

The Director will support hospital, PGP and EHI leadership across the Operating Units to achieve opportunities for standardization and economies of scale. The Director will also directly oversee Support Services leaders as they work with their respective teams to achieve results.

The Director of Laboratory Administrative Operations will report directly to the Vice President for Laboratory Services. He/she will work closely with Laboratory leadership to ensure alignment with overall EHC and hospital goals. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field; Master's degree desirable.
• Five years of experience in management and leadership in complex health organizations.
