The Corporate Director, Talent Acquisition in partnership with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition is accountable for the overall maintenance of strategy, design, operation, and execution of Talent Acquisition initiatives, practices, policies, and systems for Emory Healthcare. This position applies solid business strategy, project management methodology, communications, and leadership skills to efficiently and cost-effectively assure a high caliber and diverse workforce that will support Emory's culture, mission, and values.
Duties and Responsibilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, Bachelor's required. PHR/SPHR strongly desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to function as a facilitator, teacher, coach, strategic partner, and consultant is required. Basic financial acumen and knowledge of HR systems and process management. Ability to build relationships across an organization and influence senior leader. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
