Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including senior care, assisted living, and memory care.
- Perform physical examinations and assessments to determine patient's health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Assist with airway management and ventilate patients as needed.
- Provide catheter care and ensure proper hygiene for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize ICD-9 coding system to accurately document patient diagnoses and procedures.
- Provide health coaching to promote wellness and disease prevention.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
