Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.

Requirements:

• Updated Recent Resume
• Covid Card
• Active LPN CA State / Compact License
• Basic Life Support or BLS Certificate
• HIPAA Cert.
• Minimum 1.5-year experience in LPN- Hospice/Home Health
