Veterinary technician and assistant positions (PT/FT) available in a busy three-doctor practice, with a fun and passionate team.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Part time
- Pay: $18-30
- Flexible scheduling
- 4 or 5 day work week available
- The most qualified candidate(s) will have excellent communication skills, be energetic, and committed to the highest level of customer and patient care.
- Must be reliable, self motivated, and have strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and the team
- Competency at effectively and safely restraining dogs and cats
- The candidate will learn to give injections, draw blood, place catheters, and take radiographs.
- The candidate will become familiar with common vaccination protocols and wellness care, in-house lab analyzers, and veterinary software.
- The Veterinary assistant candidate will assist the senior veterinary technicians.
