We are looking for a capable professional with experience in the field working with Adults with Intellectual Disabilities and challenging behaviors. In addition to direct support this employee must be well versed in administrative responsibilities such as email, excel spreadsheets, and maintaining professional relationships with the individuals appointed team members. This employee would be working with individuals and completing administrative responsibilities at the service location. We care for our residents and encourage them to live independent, productive lives. The Neurodiversity Specialist will follow guidelines and specific instructions pertaining to individual residents’ support, treatments, and care. Training will be provided for 6400 Residential Regulation requirements. This employee must be someone who is willing and successful at encouraging the individual to participate in community activities. A well rounded positive person with a passion for the population is a must have.
