As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to surfaces using various techniques to enhance and protect the quality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
2. Select appropriate paints and coatings based on surface types and environmental factors.
3. Apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
4. Ensure even coverage and smooth finishes while minimizing waste.
5. Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling and disposing of paint materials.
6. Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition.
7. Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
8. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a painter or similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
2. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
3. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
4. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
5. Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
6. Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint ingredients.
7. Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
