SUMMARY OF JOB: Under the direction of the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager conducts research and analyzes data to create effective marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and implements long-term marketing strategy for the EMI Health Brand. Must be able to weave multiple communication strategies (advertising, press, social, etc.) using a consistent narrative that supports the company mission.
Oversees website and mobile app.
Creates marketing strategies for campaigns.
Works with the sales team on program development and implementation.
Analyzes data to determine campaign efficiency.
Finds insightful, cost-effective ways to grow market share and drive revenue.
Ensures creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
Conducts market research to find answers about consumer requirements or trends.
