Position: IT DevOps

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (hybrid available after waiting period)

Responsibilities

• Support the insurance claims processing system, including running jobs and ensuring process completion.
• Manage and execute standards for insurance claims processing.
• Test, implement, and maintain system and EDI transactions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system and EDI communications.
• Assist with the EDI enrollment process, working with trading partners, analyzing enrollment data, and resolving data load issues.
• Design and develop software applications to support internal or external business functions.
• Test component functionality, monitor application performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain internal and end-user documentation.
• Collaborate with team members throughout the organization to drive revenue and identify growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of work experience as a developer.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and programming languages/frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand complex documents and procedures.
• Familiarity with X12 health care claim formats, enrollment procedures, and health benefit plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows, with experience in file management systems like GoAnywhere being a plus.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning new skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
