How you contribute

By driving and delivering on multiple projects and initiatives to streamline and automate finance processes, you can empower our finance team to operate more effectively and efficiently. This will ultimately contribute to better decision-making, cost control, and overall organisational success.

Note* This opportunity is Full Time Fixed Term for 6 Months

Here's what we need

• Projects and initiatives:

• Accounting reconciliation
• Fixed asset register review and reconciliation.
• Build commission calculation model.
• Recoverable balance sheet account review and reconciliation.
• Audit assistance during interim (c. May) and year end (c. July.)

• Finance infrastructure development:
• Semi-automate exchange of data between Hubspot -> Xero.
• Semi- automate exchange of data between Fishbowl -> Xero.
• Build new process for tracking of inbound stock in transit.
• Build weekly cash overview model.
• Drafting of any incomplete Finance procedures.
• Finalise new internal goods request process.
• Coordinate development of Investor Relations reporting model with external financial modelling consultant.
• Coordinate completion of financial modelling development project with external financial modelling consultant.
• Develop absorption costing calculation model to allocate labour costs to project initiatives.
• Develop absorption costing calculation model to allocate labour and overhead into COGS.

• Corporate governance infrastructure development:

• Assist Company Secretary with development of contract management framework.
• Assist Company Secretary with development of regulatory compliance monitoring program.
• Finalise documentation of credit adjudication policy.
• Employee share scheme reconciliation and governance review with external accounting consultants.

• Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification or working towards.
• Minimum 5 years previous experience.
• Proven ability in preparation of reports, working to tight monthly deadlines and supporting project delivery teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in finance, budgeting, and forecasting in a project costing environment.
