- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration, including channel configuration, guest access, and integration with other Office 365 services.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Azure AD, including identity and access management, conditional access policies, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Strong understanding of Office 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with multidomain configuration and management in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements related to Microsoft cloud services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent, are preferred.
