ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the development and execution of the organization's business intelligence strategy, aligning it with the overarching goals of enhancing healthcare through technology.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Design, implement, and maintain advanced data analytics systems and dashboards that provide actionable insights into patient care, operational efficiency, and market trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, clinical operations, and marketing, to ensure data-driven decision-making processes are integrated across the organization.

Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and privacy regulations.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in healthcare technology and business intelligence to continually enhance the organization's data analytics capabilities.

Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a business intelligence role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.

Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with strong skills in SQL and data modeling.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
