SUMMARY:
The Coordinator is responsible for the assembly and distribution of BCNA group materials and establishes and sustains the BCNA Employer Group Folder. This position operates as a group liaison for various contacts and participates in developing, proofreading, and editing BCNA materials. This role facilitates group presentations when needed and provides clear, concise information to Medicare beneficiaries about the BCN Advantage program. This position also answers inbound calls and performs proactive, outbound sales calls.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
EXPERIENCE:
One year of related customer service or sales experience with demonstrated knowledge that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards. Travel is required.
PAY RANGE:
Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate’s skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $51,700 and $86,600.
