With 25 years of experience servicing the Greater Phoenix metro, Emergency Air is looking to add a Plumbing Department. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of building a successful and profitable plumbing team.

The Opportunity

Our company is growing, and we now need a great Plumbing leader to take our team to the next level. Our managers aren't micromanaged - they run their own departments and are responsible for getting the best out of their teams. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of residential plumbing and a track record of exceeding sales goals and creating satisfied customers. Prior team management experience is preferred but not required to be successful in our environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary quarterly bonus structure milestone bonuses

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-10 plumbers and apprentices.
• Provide sales and technical training for Technicians and Apprentices
• Coach team to hit quality and revenue KPIs.
• Assign customer jobs to technicians best suited to the customer's needs.
• Address client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Prior team management experience
• 5 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Successful completion of the Culture Index Questionnaire
• Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.

Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Weekends and after-hours availability as needed.
