Emerge Consulting is Hiring a Campus Recruiter Near Royal, MI

As a Campus Recruiter at Emerge, you will be an integral part of our Talent Pipeline Management team supporting client recruitment needs, responsible for designing campus campaigns, identifying and engaging top talent from universities and colleges.

Overview

Your role will involve building strong relationships with educational institutions, students, and faculty members to promote clients as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute strategic campus recruitment plans aligned with hiring objectives and growth plans.
  • Relationship Building: Foster partnerships with university career centers, student organizations, and academic departments to expand presence on campus and attract high-potential candidates.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events to engage with students.
  • Candidate Outreach: Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates through various channels including career fairs, campus visits, online platforms, and social media.
  • Selection Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and assisting in hiring decisions.
  • Employer Branding: Represent clients at campus events and through online platforms, showcasing culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of talented candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates into the organization.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Interest in Human Resources, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel to various universities and colleges as required.
