Retail Sales Associate

Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic and motivated team! We are looking for someone with retail experience who is proactive and ready to grow with us. Your job would be at our Kaysville Showroom and your responsibilities would be split between maintaining a clean, aesthetically pleasing store front, keeping product stocked and organized, assisting customers who walk in and on the phone, and to give exceptional customer service. The main role and responsibility of this position is to give the highest level of customer service as one of the faces of our company. You will need to have strong relationship skills, customer service experience, and an outgoing people person who loves to help others.

Job Duties:

· Greet and direct customers

· Provide accurate information and answer customers’ questions about our product and services

· Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

· Inform customers about discounts and special offers

· Maintain goals regarding hot tub sales

· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

· Stay up-to-date with new products/services

· Become certified as a water chemical expert

· Perform cashier duties

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Assist in managing inventory control and ensure shelves are fully stocked

· Work with vendors on keeping stock up to date

· Purchase, track, and deliver inventory to showroom

· Ensure the showroom is regularly cleaned and organized in a neat and orderly fashion

· Open and lock up the showroom

· Consult with customers on their pool/hot tub water chemistry and hot tub service

· You will be asked to work at off-site sales events

· Other duties as assigned as needed

Compensation: Compensation for this position is hourly. Pay: depending on experience.

Schedule:

· Monday’s and Saturday’s are required work days. 5 work days per week. You will be given Sunday’s off, and one other day of the week.

· Monday-Friday 9:45am – 6:15pm (8-hour shift)

· Saturday 9:45am - 4:15pm (6-hour shift)

· Willing to work holidays as needed

Experience:

• Retail experience: 2-4 years (Preferred)
