As the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN, your assessment and planning capabilities equip you to develop and implement infection control programs that ensure a safe environment for all. You will conduct audits on resident care and infection prevention practices and provide education to all staff members as well as comply with mandates for state and federal public reporting. This position supports the Director of Nursing in the oversight of the nursing department.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in direct patient care
• Valid Registered Nurse / RN license required
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
