Holmes Lake Rehabilitation is Hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Near Lincoln, NE
Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team!
This position is accountable for assisting in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the Nursing Department in order to provide resident care in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Holmes Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, standards of practice and the regulations established by State and Federal law. This position cooperates with the DON as well all other department managers to assure that the needs of the residents are being met and that a professional working atmosphere is maintained.
Nature and Scope: This position reports to the DON/Administrator – Healthcare and is management in nature. This position is responsible for assuring high quality and professional nursing care is provided to all residents.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an approved school of nursing
· RN or LPN in Nebraska
· 4 years proven experience of leadership in long term care setting.
