JOB TITLE: CMMS Specialist-Data Entry Specialist II (Atlas)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented CMMS Specialist-Data Entry Specialist II (Atlas) for an opportunity in Bethesda MD. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining a Preventive Maintenance and Service Call in CMMS system. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99. An active ISSA TS/SCI is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update the Preventive Maintenance program.
• Receive and dispatch Service Calls to Maintenance crew.
• Data input of PM/SC Tickets
• Provide tracking reports on CMMS (MAXIMO), Archibus, Etc.
• Tracking and filing projects.

Qualifications:

• Must possess the ability to type up to 40wpm
• Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
• Knowledge of CMMS is beneficial.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• An active ISSA TS/SCI is required.

• Prolonged sitting.
