JOB TITLE : CMMS Specialist-Data Entry Specialist II (Atlas)
Job Summary: EMCOR GovernmentServices is seeking a talented CMMS Specialist-Data Entry Specialist II (Atlas)for anopportunity in Bethesda MD.This role is responsible for operating and maintaining a Preventive Maintenance and Service Call in CMMS system. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99. An active ISSA TS/SCI is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update the Preventive Maintenance program.
- Receive and dispatch Service Calls to Maintenance crew.
- Data input of PM/SC Tickets
- Provide tracking reports on CMMS (MAXIMO), Archibus, Etc.
- Tracking and filing projects.
- Must possess the ability to type up to 40wpm
- Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry.
- Knowledge of CMMS is beneficial.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- An active ISSA TS/SCI is required.
- Prolonged sitting.
