We are looking for a Installation Tech/ Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. There is some travel required, therefore the successful candidate must have dependable transportation. They must be responsible with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers via phone, and in-person.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify customer needs.
