ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the supervision of non-residential clients, and other client populations through electronic monitoring equipment. Responsible for processing referral services for multiple outside agencies. Performs administrative tasks related to the management of clients. Provides Electronic Monitoring Services to outside agencies as well as a liaison with courts and government entities.
- Supervises Non-Residential clients to include, Electronic Monitoring Service clients and other client populations
- Conducts installs, hook-ups and de-installs of Electronic Monitoring equipment
- Interpret equipment data using various computer software platforms
- Corresponds and communicates with outside government agencies regarding client progress under Electronic Monitoring supervision
- Completes intake paperwork for new client, inform client of rules and policies of Embrave
- Meet with clients as needed to monitor progress to insure they are complying with program requirements.
- Maintain client files for changes, releases, work schedules etc.
- Retain inventory and maintenance of Electronic Monitoring equipment, to include ordering equipment from contracting agency
- Process and collect client payments and fees
- Retrieve Electronic Monitoring equipment and agency referrals from various locations
- Cross-train with Urinalysis Technicians to provide assistance when needed
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Accurately and efficiently completes paperwork, reports, and other documents

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
