Where do you fit?

To be a successful Transportation Scheduler you must become able to do the following always:

1. Coordinate transportation schedule with the permanency services teams and company drivers. Maintains transport information in a database.
2. Responsible for correspondence (phone calls and emails) related to transport or transportation needs.
3. Notifies Transportation Manager when questions or concerns arise.
4. Informs drivers prior to transport about special accommodations and issues that could impact safety.
5. Maintain drivers logs and fleet documentation.
6. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
