Geospatial Analyst

Embedded Alliance is recruiting qualified Geospatial Analyst candidates to fulfill the duties and responsibilities described in the Position Description below.

NOTE: This position requires a TS/SCI security clearance.

Job Description:

The candidate will extract and acquire geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization, and modeling to solve problems and enhance the GEOINT knowledge of mission-specific intelligence issues. Using Imagery Analysis and GIS techniques the candidate will extract specific mission-related feature data in accordance with the customer's data and product specifications and with respect to non-standard product requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor/Master degree or at least 5 years of relevant geospatial analysis experience.
• Proficiency with ArcPro or ArcGIS 10.x and its component extensions, along with the ability to create tailored scripts; working knowledge of ArcIMS and HTML editing; strong data mining and management skills.
• Proficiency with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
• Proficiency with Python, Intelligence Writing and Intelligence Analysis.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data.
• Proficiency with the following applications: Web publishing, and Web hosting technologies, along with Geospatial Database generation/maintenance applications.
• Capability to read and understand intelligence issues, military affairs, and use GIS to develop Geospatial Intelligence reports and products to solve problems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial imagery, products, processes and sensors.
• Expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, image processing, or regional expertise is also desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial imagery, products, processes and sensors.
• Familiarity with the following data formats: (e.g., DTED, VPF, CIB, ADRG); NGA imagery and geospatial products, data attribution techniques.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
