Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administering treatments, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Perform physical examinations and health assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and medication management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care, suturing, and tube feeding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Triage patients based on their condition and prioritize care accordingly
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times

Skills:
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Proficient in basic life support techniques
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
