Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist guests with product demonstrations and provide information about various products
- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products to guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a polite and helpful manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating totals
- Experience in product demonstrations and sales is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and profit margins
- Strong communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Experience in electronics sales or technical sales is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales is a plus
