**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role - Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks - Understanding of drink recipes and proper measurements - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly - Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change - Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) - Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling best practices - Experience in catering or event bartending is advantageous Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while creating memorable experiences for our customers.
