JOB

The Night Auditor is a 3rd shift position. Completes all duties of a Front Desk Agent and in addition closes the day. Verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to daily business transactions recorded by other staff members by performing various analyses of accounting records. Compile, review and distribute various reports to appropriate members.

Position is for Friday and Saturday Audit shifts. (overnight)

JOB DUTIES*

• Greet all guests with genuine hospitality and friendliness.
• Make reservations using PMS OnQ system
• Answer phone, transfer calls, give directions and guest service
• Must be proficient in office programs, windows and string base computer skills
• Be able to multi-task and hospitable at the same time
• Assign rooms and monitor guest preferences and requests
• Check in / check out guests in accordance to Hilton brand procedures
