Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:00pm)
- Manually adjust guide assemblies, saw blades, cutters, rollers and perforators according to product specifications
- Examine work to detect defects and adjust machinery as necessary to correct production problems
- Train and assist helpers with job duties on the machine
- Complete production reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- MUST be able to read a tape measure accurately to the 1/16th of an inch
- MUST have at least two years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment - in a non-food related industry
- MUST have good mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills a must
- High school diploma/GED
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
