Laborer - Second shift Details :

• Temporary position
• $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift

Manufacturing of corrugated products. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific directions, operate hand tools, and other duties as assigned.

Walk, stand, bend, and kneel throughout a shift.

Laborer - Second shift Qualifications :

SPECIFIC DUTIES : JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

Responsible for providing quality while performing miscellaneous manufacturing operations including but not limited to stacking off machines, hand glue or stitch, etc.

• Stack off various finishing machines (via stacker or by hand).
• Perform miscellaneous hand work such as bundling, folding, sorting, repalletizing, pallet construction, etc. of corrugated or foam product.
• As directed assemble miscellaneous items as specified on the work order.
• Keep count of product produced and tag finished units.
• Maintain good housekeeping throughout the plant, especially in work area.
• Perform miscellaneous job functions as necessary to aid in production and quality.

Knowledge required :

Basic math, reading, and communication skills. and basic to intermediate computer skills. R

eports to : Shift Coordinator Internal contacts : Close working relationship with Shift Coordinator, Operators, Helpers and other production personnel.

Occasional contact with the office personnel, shipping personnel, and other managers.

External contacts : Occasional contact with vendors or customers ( during a customer audit or visit).

Physical capabilities : Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, perform moderate to heavy lifting, turning, twisting and bending.
