Document Control Assistant Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ to $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 00am to 05 : 00pm)
• Maintain quality records, administer and record change history, and implement approved QMS changes.
• Trend supplier quality performance and ensure assessments and actions are completed as required.
• Maintain supplier quality records and provide quality rating feedback to suppliers.
• Check Inspection Reports against Weekly Dispatch Reports & create / update all Inspection reports for machining / receiving inspection.
• Update and create Inspection Tool Log Reports and attach in Epicor.
• Maintain gage calibration records. Ship gages to suppliers, customers, and calibrations lab(s) as needed.
• Responsible for parts dock-to-stock activities and Quality KPI records.

Document Control Assistant Qualifications :

• Must be able to convey information effectively in writing, presentations, or speeches to other employees.
• Excellent problem-solving and conceptual skills with knowledge base of the manufacturing industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
